ORACLE 12C NEW FEATURES AND AN UNDERSTANDING TO HELP OURSELVES IN IMPLEMENTING NEW FEATURES.
a. When Oracle 11gR2 premier support ends and we are to buy extended support?

b. That means we have 17 clear months to plan, test and implement.
c. I try to break up the new features into administrative and development sets and discuss them discuss them so that it is easy to identify the how these new features can be useful to us for implementation as also getting benefitted.
d. This attempt is made to avoid any last minute push resulting in only binary upgrade without taking benefit of the new features for which we pay in name of support, without using/implementing them.
